Shipping policy

Free shipping to all countries!

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

We offer international shipping from Ukraine with Ukrposhta (Ukraine`s national post).

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you didn`t receive the email, check the spam folder in your email.

Delivery to different countries may take different times. For most countries (USA, Canada, European countries), it is 10-20 business days. Delivery to Australia and New Zealand, some Asian countries and countries takes longer.

Please note that during the Christmas and New Year holidays, post offices in many countries are overloaded and parcel delivery may be delayed during this period.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at juliakshop@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. stitchery.shop is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
